I am the owner of CB Rentals, LLC - a property management company in Columbia, SC. We are a small company that provides exceptional service and quick communication. We know all of our tenants and owners personally, in order to maintain happy relationships. It is important for us to know both the tenants and owners are receiving great service and are always helps quickly. Please note. Our property manager in charge is Richard Miller. Delaney Morgan is an owner of the company and is a licensed real estate agent.

Property Management

Our services consist of managing single family and multifamily properties. We help market homes, screen tenants, inspect the properties, collect rent - all for one fee. Our management fee is 10%. We do not charge additional fees for on-boarding, lease renewal, or other services.
We contribute 10% toward any repairs that are a direct result of a tenant's maintenance request. If a refrigerator goes out and costs $100 to fix, CB Rentals, LLC will contribute $10 toward repairs.
