He was quick to respond, had an easy to use website for scheduling, was prompt and professional and communicated with us every step of the way. He was also VERY thorough and delivered us an in-depth and extremely detailed report, outlining every aspect of the property. I also have to mention that we were purchasing a 200 year old historic home, while living in Arizona…so Dave’s amazing service was even more valuable to us!! I trusted him as our eyes on the property and am so grateful for all the help and guidance he provided!! David does amazing work, and we and our agent were extremely impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. The inspection itself was very informative and in-depth, and the report we received a few hours later is clear, easy to navigate, and equally as thorough. David is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. We hold his input in very high regard. This is the inspector you want. Don’t hesitate. Never has the word integrity been so aptly used.

Dave was amazing. He was extremely thorough and went through the house with a fine tooth comb. Every nook and cranny was inspected. He even showed up early and had a half hour start before our appointment! I felt very informed and he explained everything well. He’s very straightforward and doesn’t try to sugarcoat things to appease your realtor. Thank you Dave. That $405 was money very well spent

Dave has inspected two houses for us in the past few months. Both inspections were incredibly thorough. He takes the time to talk through what he's seeing and explain why it's important. His reports are extremely detailed, with photos and a rating system that points to which issues are most critical. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.

I had a great experience with Integrity Home Solutions. After a long time renting I bought a beautiful but very old century home. I loved the house but had a lot of anxiety as I know little about home maintenance. Dave Christopher not only thoroughly inspected my new home, he provided practical, patient advice about addressing the inevitable issues. The inspection report was extremely thorough and easy to read, and I feel very well equipped to take care of my new home. Integrity Home Solutions is a little more expensive, but is worth it given a house is usually the biggest lifetime purchase.
