David Boone

David Boone has been in the home loan industry for over 6 years. He puts his clients first by finding the right loan to meet the needs of each client's financial situation. He oversees and explains every detail so that his clients know what to expect from start to finish. One of his primary goals is to get a good understanding of his client's real-life monthly budgets to establish their true financial position to help them pick the perfect house and the perfect mortgage. Whether you are purchasing your first home, upgrading to your dream home, or looking to refinance an existing property, David is more than happy to help you through the home financing process. David has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville. Since then, he has been a senior Mortgage broker for 2018, 2019 & 2020 and has been named a Top Volume Producer by UWM in 2019 & 2020. David was born and raised in Louisville Kentucky but has recently moved to Phoenix Arizona to be closer to his friends, hobbies, career, and girlfriend Tanya Toliver. In his free time, David has a deep passion for Skydiving, BASE jumping, and paramotoring with the love of his life Tanya and hanging out with their beloved cat Lucy, and last but not least, enjoying great Bourbon!
