I've been in the business since 2015 and have now grown my team to two LOA's, one dedicated team loan processor (all located here in Salt Lake City) and an additional producing loan officer in San Diego that specializes in non-QM loans (bank statement loans, DSCR, condotels, etc.). We've scaled in a way to make sure the client and realtor know we have their back at every stage while never thinking there are too many cooks in the kitchen. My team and I pride ourselves on never giving up on any given buyer or home-owner. We specialize in self-employed and unique financing solutions which gives us more flexibility than most lenders that stick to the easy 20% conventional loans with salary income.
