Carolyn Martinez, Licensed Title Agent, is the owner and President of C&C Title Agency, Inc. Carolyn worked at a Miami law firm from 1989-1994, managing the closing department, performing hands-on examinations, processing, and closings. The law firm was the exclusive Miami- Dade County closing agent for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development from 1990 through 1994. Carolyn Martinez has been in the title industry since 1989, previously having been in the mortgage/real estate business. Carolyn has over 30 years of knowledge and experience to offer realtors, loan originators, buyers, sellers, banks… anyone associated with the Real Estate Industry.
