Brandie was an answer to our prayers? she helped us navigate our purchase from out of state and even assisted with helping us find a local lender when we were having issues with our initial lender. She definitely puts a personal touch into her work and even helped me find contractors for some necessary repairs that the VA required. Brandi was amazing! Its probably hard to work with clients that are out of state but she bent over backwards for us. She was in constant communication with us as well as our loan officer. She not only did a great job in getting us our house, but she took the time to get to know us. The two things that impress me about Brandie is her constant and prompt communication when asked for or needed. I never felt like a bother or asked too many questions. After only two other home tours, she found almost exactly what I told her I wanted. In other words, she heard what I was looking for. If the EXACT thing had been available, she would have found that one! I also appreciated the way she and the other team members of my deal worked together. I, as an older widow, felt very covered.

Brandie helped me find the perfect cabin and facilitated everything necessary to helping me purchase it, as I was an intimidated first time home buyer. The cabin was in a remote location and Brandie would make the hour-long drive to meet with myself, the home inspector, etc. I would highly recommend her services; a nice, down-to-earth realtor thats easy to work with.

Brandie was able to get us into a shopping mode very quickly for a home in a hurry! Our rental situation was very unhealthy with black mold, my husband is a disabled Vietnam Veteran and she got us all lined up VA qualified homes, was very knowledgeable about the area, price range and physical accessibility needs for our family.
