Radon Testing- Radon is an odorless gas that is the second leading cause of lung cancer next to smoking. As radon moves up through the ground it can enter your home through cracks, penetrations, and other openings in the floor and foundation walls. In this service we’ll coordinate directly with the listing agent to set up our monitors that need to be in the home for 48 hours.

Sewer Line Inspection
Starting Price: Starting at $325
Estimated Duration:
Main sewer line repairs or replacements can get very expensive, very quick, easily costing thousands to tens of thousands of dollars. In this service we will use a camera to view the interior condition of the sewer line to see if there are any cracks, displacements, clogs, or tree roots. We’ll record the inspection, upload it to YouTube, and include the link to the video in your report. Should we not have access to the clean out fitting, be able to remove the plug, or come down the plumbing vent on the roof there will be no charge.
