Austin Penninger

Growing up in North Carolina has allowed Austin to develop a great love for both nature and city life. He was raised on strong morals and hard work, spending a lot of time helping to maintain the farm with horses, chickens, rabbits, pigs, and cows. A firm believer of starting from the bottom and working hard to make your way to the top, he attended North Carolina State University and obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Animal Science. Austin began his real estate career by joining a top-producing team in Triangle, DeMuth Realty Group. He received a “Harvard Level Education” in real estate by seeking out a mentor to teach him everything hands-on. He is known for bringing a high level of energy and passion to each client to help them achieve their goals, whether that is purchasing a home or selling a home. Austin is one of the top negotiators and has a deep understanding for how to appropriately advocate for his clients needs. When he’s not selling houses, you can find Austin traveling the country with his fiance, Courtney, cheering on local sports teams, playing kickball, going to concerts, or just enjoying time with his family. Some of his biggest goals are to visit each continent, care for his family, and build as many relationships with people as possible. More than anything, Austin wants his clients to remember the role that his knowledge and expertise played in helping with their home purchase. He fights and negotiates at a high level for his clients consistently. Austin strives to be a patient, expert advisor for his clients during an emotional time, and to create a relationship with every client that turns into a lifelong friendship.
