Really friendly customer service. Quick and efficient response time. Happy they provide options with upscale technology, that still focuses on real human interactions. Recently applied for one of the properties they manage. I hope I'm approved but I can at least say they have handled the situation from viewing and all my questions with such attention to detail and care that I can appreciate. Using technology in some of the best ways possible while not skimping on the service or small details. They even offered to refund my app fee if they weren't able to move forward with the application, noone offers that! Thank you!

My experience with Ziprent with the last three placement services has been very great! They have been very responsive and attentive to our requests and questions--and very kind through the whole process Overall, Ziprent provides high quality and efficient placement service with good tenants and minimal vacancy period in between tenants. Also their online portal is very intuitive and I can obtain information from the portal easily.

Great experience working with ziprent to secure a rental. Their staff was quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. Their website makes it very easy to apply for a rental, and you can use the same application to apply to multiple rentals. Signing the lease, paying security deposit, and paying rent are also all very easy to do on their website

I hired Ziprent to rent my house when a "traditional" property management company couldn't get it rented after 5 months. They were extremely responsive right away and took care of everything from online marketing, photos, application processing, background checks, move-in, repair and gardening bids to tenant screening. They were able to get me renters in 2 weeks! The whole Ziprent team was very communicative through text and e-mail, keeping me updated each step of the way. I highly recommend Ziprent to anyone looking for a property management company!

I found Ziprent on Google and so happy I did. After managing my own rental property for ten years I thought I would experiment by hiring an outside company. Everything I read about Ziprent has proven to be true in so many ways. Their online service, meaning minimal agent interaction made me skeptical at first, but then after seeing the 5-10 new leads per day and the 3-7 showings per week over a period of 3-4 weeks was more attention than I ever expected. It wasn't long before the applications started coming in and all I had to do was pick the best applicant from a growing list. You won't believe your savings by using Ziprent let alone the professionalism you will receive from their top-notch staff. I'm a believer!

It can be a real hassle finding new renters - I've been through it many times. Recently, I decided to try Ziprent. I couldn't be more satisfied, they offer a complete turn-key solution from advertizing the property, to selecting the renter, to running the credit checks - right through to the final walk through and handing over the keys. Really simple. What I really liked about the services provided was a portal where you could keep track of the rental process, including the scheduled showings and renter comments. I will definitely use them again. It's a no-brainer.
