With a background in the family construction business, home inspection was a natural transition. My background is in residential construction and I have flipped a few of my own investment properties. My expertise in the field helps me provide a well rounded home inspection with great attention to detail. At Pillar to Post we offer 3 types of Home inspection packages, upgraded packages include infrared scan, appliance recall safety check and mold testing. Once I have completed the inspection I print a detailed report of my findings right there on site, that includes colored pictures, and review with the you and the realtor. For pre-listings I offer a walk through, Pillar to Post 360, which creates an interactive 360° visual tour of a home.
