I have referred Amy Parker at Appraise it Today to numerous clients, often in the middle of escrow when the buyer's lender's chosen appraiser turned in a bad appraisal. Amy was able to re-appraise the property at the seller's expense, sparing the buyers additional charges for their bank's mistake. Her accurate and exemplary understanding of the appraisal process gave us the opportunity to renegotiate with the buyers, based on our new appraisal. In one instance that I recall, Amy's excellent work helped to get my seller an additional $100,000.
