I have been in the real estate industry since 2001 and more specifically the home lending side since 2009. My experience traverses everything from correspondent lending to new construction to bank affiliated lending. With German American I have a plethora of loan options available for home buying clients and current homeowners. We offer the typical Conventional and Jumbo loan options, as well as all government loan types, including FHA, VA and USDA/RHS. We are also affiliated with Kentucky Housing Corporation and Indiana HOP. Furthermore, German American also has in-house/portfolio lending that offers some specialized loan types not readily available on the open market. The two most popular of these are our Physicians Home Loan and our Community Home Loan, both of which offer little-to-no down payment with no mortgage insurance, amongst other benefits. Portfolio lending is also an option for those home buyers and clients that may not fit perfectly in the box that conventional lending or government lending offers. German American also offers Construction-to-Permanent Loans and Renovation Loans for those looking to build from the ground up or to renovate a property that may need work. Home Equity Lines-of-Credit and Bridge Loans are also options for our clients, which can greatly assist in moving from one home to another, or to have equity readily available for future emergencies or household needs.
