have been actively involved in the Colorado mortgage and real estate community for over 25 years. During that time, I have learned a lot about people, money, real estate and community. The biggest thing that I have learned to appreciate is the effort, commitment, and expertise of small businesses and the people that run them. Small businesses have a much more genuine interest in the progress and development of communities and a much more genuine interest in the PEOPLE within those communities. In addition to providing the best jobs, training, and educational opportunities; these companies are still the best means of distributing goods, services, and resources to our communities. This underlying philosophy is what inspires me, my small business, and the network of other businesses that I support and rely upon. I am a University of Colorado Buffalo with a degree in Economics which has always inspired me to look at the "big picture." It also helps me see things from a perspective that doesn't frequently get considered. I use this perspective as a way of getting outside of "the box" that we sometimes find ourselves restricted by.
