I am not going to spend a lot of time focusing on me but rather you. To sum it up quickly, I began my career in mortgage lending in 1986 working for Ryan Financial the lender for the builder Ryan Homes. I left Ryan Financial after approximately 3 years. My longest stint was with B.F. Saul Mortgage Company for over 16 years. There is not much I have not seen and or encountered. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you and answer any questions you may have as it pertains to my experience. My focus is to understand what your objectives and goals are. Whether its buying your first home or your tenth, if it’s a refinance, or a purchase, each and everyone’s situation is unique. For me to craft the right scenario for you I must LISTEN! That’s right LISTEN. My role is to provide you the information you need to render an educated informed knowledgeable decision on the right financing scenario for you. I will do this through a clear and concise understanding of your situation. Most importantly is to have the approval process be enjoyable.
