I work at a small local bank that handles absolutely everything from beginning through wiring the loan proceeds to the title company in our Rockville office. Settlements are notorious for being delayed, in my entire career I have not had one single loan denied or delayed. Coming from an engineering background I truly enjoy reviewing loan options with clients and together we determine the absolute best loan for the time they anticipate owning the property as well as their long-term financial goals.
