As a mortgage consultant, my number one priority is simple: to put my clients in the best position to be successful. Whether the goal is short term or long term investing or if you are a first time home buyer, I strive to educate each client so they can make the decision that is going to be the best for them. I was once told that the only difference between the wealthy and the poor is their access to information. Those who are wealthy surround themselves with only those people who have the most knowledge in their respective field. As I reflect on this statement, I find myself seeking more and more knowledge in my field so I can better service my clients. If I don't learn something new each day, I must not have been paying attention. Knowledge is the center of the transaction, but trust is the center of the relationship. Nobody is going to do business with someone they don't trust, no matter how much information they have access to. I want each and every client's experience with me and my team to be unmatched by any.
