Hello folks, Ok, mortgage # 4 with Ms Hoover. I hope that this review of Ms. Hoover will assist you in any way. I am a military veteran and currently working in the Washington, DC area. Our family relocated to this area three (3) years ago and without knowing anyone we began to look for a home to buy. Maria Delgado from REMAX Premier was referred to us by some friends (see review) and Ms. Delgado referred Ms. Hoover in order for us to meet out mortgage needs. Well, Ms. Hoover delivered! My experienced with Ms. Hoover has been excellent. Ms. Hoover is very knowledgeable on VA loans and on the VA streamline process. It made everything go smoothly and with no problems. She is very professional, responsive and stays on top of her game because she knows what she is doing. You will not be disappointed. (I almost sound like a salesman). Lastly, I take these reviews very seriously. I have been deceived by some bad folks out there. I work very hard so that I can provide for my family needs. I recommend that with all of the web sites and different access, do a research on the internet before you decide to buy or do anything. I am sure that is how you got here in the fist place. Don't blame the company for a bad employee. The company may be great and just made a mistake of hiring a knucklehead (or two) as a company representative. In that case, write your review and notify the manager or the owner of the company. I do like to give people the benefit of the doubt, however, my review and others are extremely important in giving folks a good word for doing a great job and warning others of the not so good kind.... I hope that this review helped you in any way and if you do decide to work with Maria and or Melissa, I hope that it all works out. Please do not hunt me down if the deal goes mas o menos (ok and not excellent). It does happen but as far as I know Melissa has my vote of confidence....

Melissa Hoover is the mortgage broker to go through when buying or refinancing your home. Professional, prompt, courteous, and will make the process an easy one when compared to other brokers/mortgage companies. Highly recommend Melissa, who even answered our calls and emails past normal working hours and made sure all our questions were answered. She even followed up immediately after the closing to make sure everything went okay. We will specifically seek her out in the future if/when we decide to move.

My wife and I have been looking to buy a home in VA for some time now. We have been waiting patiently for the right time to buy and we wanted to make sure we were buying something within our budget. Something very hard to do in Northern Virginia. Despite putting around 30 offers last year only to have other outbid us, Melissa was very patient and never upset that we had to keep updating the property address. Alas, we never found our home, but it was no skin off Melissa's shoulders. She was happy to help, always cheerful and the most important part of excellent customer service, always in touch. We finally found a perfect place and we close on the 22nd. I had no hesitation to call Melissa, and she picked up right where she left off. What I love about Melissa is her tireless work ethic. I am in Banking and I know when someone is genuine and ethical. I strive to be and I can spot someone who is. I received e-mail updates at all hours and Melissa helped my wife and I ensure our ducks were in a row. She gave us the best rate and the best service anyone could EVER ask for. I would recommend Melissa to my mother and ANYONE looking to buy their first or tenth home. She is a pro and I am happy now to call her a friend! Too bad there isn't a sixth star I could give her!
