Max consistently went above expectations and hopes to make the deal happen. He was balanced in outlook and promise and didn’t communicate a reality greater than what was 100% guaranteed. Behind the scenes, he clearly went to bat to ensure all I’s were dotted and T’s crossed. All I know is that we were denied a dozen of times, with great income but with a new job in the same industry. Max and his people looked at the big picture and made it happen. We closed on Monday 11/26/18!! This was both the most professional and miraculous experience I’ve ever had! I will both use and recommend Max always!!
