I have been in the mortgage/banking field for over 15 years with an extensive background in various positions throughout. One of my passions is working with and helping people achieve financial goals. Purchasing a home is usually the biggest transaction of your life and you need someone who is educated and motivated to help from start to finish. Communication has always been my strong suit. And I’m just talking about weekly status updates. That is a very crucial part of the process, but I consider a given as a loan officer. I’m mainly talking about the ability to listen and engage in conversations with clients and business partners. This applies to ALL aspects of business development and growth. Along with our team here at Neighborhood Loans, I am also involved with Chamber of Commerce, networking groups, and a business affiliate with the Central Arizona Board of Realtors (CAAR). I’m also a board member of CAAR. Combining all of this has allowed me to rank in the top 1% nationally of all loan officers for the past several years. This would NOT happen if the actions above were just words. Let’s do this together!
