I was born and raised here in Athens. I am a little "old school" when it comes to customer service. I believe great customer service is what means the most and is what can set an agent apart from the crowded industry that I'm in. I am fully accessible to my clients day or night. I want my clients to know that I'm here for them if and when they should ever need me. I have a desire to get to know my clients on a personal level and to be a friend, not just an agent. My philosophy is any insurance company can take your premiums. It's the great companies and agents that are there to provide the financial support and personal service when the need arises.
