I have been licensed as a Loan Originator (Consultant) since 1/3/2003. My clients are not a one time close....they remain family. Most of my business comes from past clients and realtors which is a large compliment! We offer a wide variety of product outside of the traditional conforming Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA. I like to think of myself as "thinking outside of the box" and finding a way to qualify all of my clients. I've never said no to anyone....if we can't approve you today, with effort from all parties, we will see you through to the finish line! I am also available when you need me....I don't just work 8-5.
