I've spent the last 16 years in the mortgage industry either originating mortgage loans, managing originators or working in the secondary market purchasing loans from other banks, securitizing and servicing that debt. From first time home buyers to seasoned investors, I have the experience and product knowledge to get borrowers to the closing table. Movement Mortgage's process allows for upfront underwriting which gives the borrower an understanding of what they are qualified for, and gives them peace of mind as the actual underwriter has approved them prior to them putting in an offer on a house in most cases. Our goal is a 6 hour underwriting turn time, 7 days to process the loan after underwriting approval, and 24 hours for closing documents.
