Our realtor was Elizabeth McDonald, she was by far the worst realtor we have ever dealt with. She would tell us one thing and then change her mind at the last minute. We were to close on a Monday, Tuesday and then Wednesday. We finally closed on a Thursday or Friday. She was so rude..and the trucks were all packed including beds other furniture and she wanted her "contractors to off load the beds. We had hired Cougar Movers but because of all the delays she got her "contractors " to move us. Some professionals they were. They totally neglected to wrap any our furniture which resulted in some pretty deep scratches. She did say when she got back from CA she would no longer be with Jeff Cook, consider yourself very fortunate to be rid of the likes of her. We are getting settled in our new home and enjoying living there. Thank you for asking.

I need more rating stars - at least 10 or more to rate this diamond in the sky. Best realtor I have ever encountered. I am a native San Diegan of 72 years and have a varied background in local real estate here. When our family sold a property here, owned since 1925, I searched, interviewed many realtors and offerings to find her. Even our trust, estate attorney since 1996 said that in his business and over many years, he has dealt with many realtors - but never one like this. He was so impressed by her he asked me how I found her - I said "it took awhile of searching and interviewing." She never missed a beat to include: Answering all E-mails, phone calls immediately, patiently answered all questions. She hands-on orchestrated all repairs, and needed updates, cleaning crew; hired the workers, at reasonable costs, followed up on all progress along the way. Her advertising was the top of the top - from posting virtual tours to showing the property, to flyers, ads, and staging it with the perfect furniture to show it at its best. She updated me weekly on everything going on with comments and head counts of those who saw the property. She knows her business and has a great attitude to combine into a really great person and realtor.
