Lee Johnson , submitted the requests that I had for certain items, however we did not see eye to eye on a few items, get the house sold, yes he was all in, but looking out for our best interest and getting out the best dollar we could for the home was not. I was told by another realtor you are crazy, you could get so much more for this home right now the market is HOT, and it was and I should have asked for the home to be listed for higher but Lee did not seem to think we could go higher, it was a wrong move. I have a new neighbor since the sale that just sold his home for the same price as what we sold our home for, and the square footage and features was nothing like the home we sold, and the home was about the same age, smaller and no special features like our home had, and I was just really disappointed. Lee is all about selling the home and not so much looking out for his client and getting the best deal possible for HIS client, just get it sold, I would not use Lee again, but certainly wish him the best in his endeavors

Working with Kahler was the worst experience I have ever had selling a home. My house sold the same day that I told the realtor that I wanted to go head and sell. The buyers were also working with a realtor from Kahler at the same office. So therefore, no advertising was done. No pictures taken, no lock box to show other customers, no flyers not even a MLS # until after it closed. It was obvious that my realtor was working for the buyer and not me for me. I only saw her twice during the process. Once the day she brought me all of the paperwork to sign, and once the day that the buyers were closing. She wanted to tell me that if I couldn't close on time that anything left in the house the buyers could do what they wanted to do with it. During the process of waiting for the closing date I call her and she would text back that she was busy, and would get back with me. Normally she would have other people call me instead. I questioned her about the fee for advertising and she said she would credit me $450.00 at closing. She didn't and the biggest kicker was the buyers only wanted the roof fixed at the time of the appraisal and the inspection. I agreed to do it, and it was done. Then she came back to me and demanded the gutters and downspouts to be replaced. I told her that was not on the contingency. She was once again telling me how I would blow the whole sale. I wanted to cancel the contract but I met the buyers and they were so sweet that I couldn't do that to them. It cost me an additional $1,100 to do this along with fees to both realtors. I don't feel that she should have been paid that much of a commission. The buyers realtor did more than she did. On the day the buyers closed, their realtor showed up 30 minutes before at my home to keep running in and out to see how far I had gotten. It was very stressful.. I did buy another but went to another real estate company. The realtor was great to work with. If any one asks I tell them not to use Kahler.
