I purchased my very first home with Zuleem and I could not have been more disappointed. I'm glad to see good reviews of how Zuleem went above and beyond for them, that simply was just not the case for me. Zuleem was handed this property by an amazing realtor I had been working with, they just were unfortunately not licensed in the state that my dream home was found. Being my first process as a home buyer, Zuleem got snippy with responses and sometime would take her time in responding. Items that I requested be negotiated after home inspection, she dismissed. I was beyond excited come time of the closing and I did not even receive a card in the mail. I hear stories of realtor's who are so amazing and I feel like I was robbed of the first time home buyer's experience. I had issues after closing with items not fixed that should have been and a problem with the keys and I never heard from her again. She got paid and closed the door on this particular experience. Very disappointing....
