As first time homebuyers, we were met with various realtors and brokers who wanted to take advantage of us and didn't really inform us in the way we wanted. They told us information that were mostly in their favor, and not in the best interest of us. We met Erica during an open house session that we randomly decided to go to and decided to give her a try (our past 3 realtors turned out to be really bad). She walked us step by step and informed us of all the terms and concepts and what they meant to us in our situation.
