Words cannot describe how lucky I was to have Zeevyah as my agent. She checks all boxes as far as expertise and commitment to getting the deal done. We just closed on the sale of our house and purchase of a new one, and none if it would have happened without Zeevyah. You can start with her expertise. We found a house we wanted to buy (for sale by owner, so Zeevyah had no duty to help me buy that house), but to make it happen, we needed a quick sale on our house. She came in, priced it perfectly, and we were in contract to sell less than a week after listing. Then her commitment to finalizing the deal was the difference between closing and not. Complications arose in our purchase that effected the sale of our house, she managed the situation so that the buyers of our house would not get scared off, while at the same time giving me an out so that I would not be homeless if my purchase fell through. Then issues came-up at inspection that should not have been issues, as the buyer's inspector commented on items that were outside of his area of expertise, and Zeevyah solved those problems. She worked with the buyers agent, found an expert that they were comfortable with, and the problem was solved. She also did all of this while my lawyer was on vacation and the buyers could have gotten scared off and walked because my attorney went on vacation and they were getting dead silence from my end. At the same time, Zeevyah also kept me in line so that I did not do anything to blow-up our deals. There was a lot of frustration going on in dealing with a house being sold by owner, having to negotiate with concerns by nervous home-buyers, and a lawyer who had gone missing. Zeevyah did not hesitate to take the reigns, tell me when I was in the wrong and the deal got done because of Zeevyah, and in a way that has left a sweet taste for all of those involved. When you hire Zeevyah, listen to her b/c she knows what she is talking about, and trust her because she will get you across the finish line. These transactions were tough on everyone involved, but Zeevyah got us through it and now that I am on the other side, I can really say I am glad I had her.
