About Zeb Mabie

Born and raised in the Fairbanks/North Pole area, I'm proud to be an Alaskan. After graduating from North Pole High School and playing Ice Dogs Junior Hockey, I moved East to attend Manhattanville College, where I played collegiate hockey. I worked in construction and landscaping during the summers and graduated with a degree in Finance. While I enjoyed the East Coast, my heart was in Alaska. Returning in 2004, I obtained my real estate license and affiliated first with an independent brokerage, then moved on to Coldwell Banker and Century 21 for a period of years. Now I am a co-owner of Summit Realty Group and the Associated Broker. We have a great team of professionals and I am very proud of what we have created and what we do! Our firm has an outstanding reputation for honesty, integrity and service. We recently worked with Zeb to buy a house in the Fairbanks area. We are first time homebuyers in Alaska and were offsite during the transaction, which was a challenge! Zeb was super helpful during the entire process and was able to give advice on neighborhoods, home values, and even pointers on lenders. Our first offer was accepted! Communication was outstanding. While house hunting offsite, Zeb and his team were able to walk us through open houses, either in real time or in a recorded video, which was critical. Highly recommend!!

Zeb was amazing to work with! He walked through our home journey for over a year. He was patient in making sure we didn't settle, he was honest when he saw things that might be problematic and brought them to our attention, and he made sure our best interest was always in the forefront.
