ZillowVERIFIEDThis review is long overdue but moving out and finding a decent size apartment for a reasonable price in NYC while PREGNANT is not easy but Zane and Mario made the impossible possible. They were both so diligent and took the time to meet with me and met all my demands and I had quite a few - elevator, spacious apartment, nice area, close to public transportation, laundry unit, etc.Prior to me and partner moving in, Zane, Mario,, and the management office worked closely together on making any improvements to the apartment. They even replaced the bathroom floor tiles when I only asked for the toilet to be changed because it was lopsided and without a lid. They honestly went above and beyond. I can not say enough good things about this realty group. They are honestly very nice and actually listen to their clients. So do not hesitate to reach out and work with this great company. This review is to recognize the professionalism, kindness and hard work of Zane and Mario.

ZillowVERIFIEDZane was very quick about showing me apartments within my budget. He never once pushed an apartment that I did not want which is typical for NYC. Zane literally answered all my questions even though he was out of the office and on vacation. If you're new to NYC I recommend him if you have no idea how the market there works. Zane went above and beyond to find me an apartment in a better location that was UNDER my budget saving me money. Will definietly refer friends and family to him. 10/10
