Where to start? Zain and his Team, not only helped us sell our Condo in record time (~2 days after posting it, in the middle of a less than ideal market). He also helped us find the home of our dreams in one of the best locations in Houston. As a seller, he and his team work with top-notch photographers, they are flexible with your scheduling needs and are impressively firm to negotiate. As first-time sellers we were not very knowledgeable of the process and the strategies but with his guidance, everything went incredibly smoothly. Now, as a buyer, Zain was so patient with us. It didn't take him much time to understand exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond (including weekends) to show us places, explain every step of the process and negotiate the best deal. This experience was the opposite of what my husband and I lived when we bought our first property. And honesty we would have never learned exactly how things should be done and how things work when it comes to real state, if it wasn't for Zain.
