Shilpa Muthye and Zaid helped us purchase our first home and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!Before we started the house hunting journey we expected it to be stressful, especially in the Bay Area. Zaid Hanna and his entire group @ Real Estate 38 is really great. Zaid is the consummate professional. He is very knowledgable about the real estate industry, where it is trending, both on a local scale (San Jose, Silicon Valley area, and the entire Bay Area) and national scale. He is extremely intelligent and hardworking and just an all around great person. He listens attentively to his clients and has a very good sense of how much "pain" his clients can handle in the house search or the house sale process as it was for me. He sold my house in Almaden Valley quickly and adeptly through hard work, staging it well, and providing open houses every weekend( both days) until the house was sold.I do not doubt that if he represents you as a buyer , he will also have at hand the same sound advice and real estate wisdom that he provided to me as a seller. I could not recommend any real estate agent more than Zaid.
