During 2024, I sold my property and bought a new one. On the sale of my property I used a different agent. The level of service was marginal at best. I literally had several MLS updating mistakes made by my agent and his broker office. When there were issues, I was left to figure them out and there was silence from my agent. I should have earned a commission on my sell as I did most of the work as it relates to required documentation and addressing closing issues. Having experienced this, I had a better idea of what I needed and what makes a great agent. I vetted several agents for my new purchase and Zahara through a sit down conversation convinced me she was a great option. I am so glad I went with her.
