Where do I start with Zach?! We are first time home buyers in San Diego and we came into this process VERY timid and afraid that we would never be able to find the perfect home and price in today's marketplace. MAN WERE WE WRONG, THANKS TO ZACH! From our very first encounter, he told us there is NO PRESSURE to make an offer on any home and he's here to guide and educate us on everything we need to know to make any decision that's best for us, which was such a breath of fresh air to hear on the first house we saw together. Most agents in the past we've tried to work with do the complete opposite and it has ruined the home buying experience being overly pushy. Zach was very transparent throughout the entire process and was excellent at communicating and educating us through every step of the buying process. He paid attention to all the little details with the listing agent and made sure our offer stood out over the other 8+ offers made by personalizing and tailoring it to the information he was able to gather that would appeal to the seller rather than just the highest offer. We had our offer accepted within 6 days of first viewing the property and putting in our first and only offer which we later found out wasn't the highest offer made! This shows Zach's incredible hands on approach to detail and his communication style in order for us to standout and not go into a bidding war in today's extremely competitive housing market. We will forever be grateful for Zach and how seamless our home buying experience was in San Diego and I will recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for someone who is extremely responsive, trustworthy and highly educated to ensure a wonderful home buying experience from start to finish.
