1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

It is ideal to speak with a mortgage lender at the beginning of your home shopping process. They will show you what your monthly payments will look like and how much you can afford. This will allow your Realtor to guide you towards the best options that fit your needs and budget.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Don't just hire a friend. Hire a professional that has experience and a strong track record. It can be the difference of tens of thousands potentially. Ask you Realtor questions and make sure they will communicate well and be honest with you throughout the process.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I work with all types of clients. Real estate is my passion and I have studied and produced results in all areas of the business. I can help you invest in real estate, buy your firth home, or sell or 11th home. I am here for anything you need.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I recently helped a family moving here from the East Coast. They were unfamiliar with Vegas. So, we spent a lot of time together showing them different options. The family became close friends of mine and we often grab dinner together and have stayed in touch long after the purchase was complete.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I started at the bottom of the Great Recession in Las Vegas and grew my career from that point. Las Vegas is my hometown, and I love the people here. I work hard to ensure Vegas has a bright future and that starts with happy families.
