Julie Harper is an amazing realtor. I can't fully convey what a great job she did with this sale. This was the sale from hell. We had permit issues, C/O issues, a squatter that would not leave the house for 8 months and acted like she owned it. It was a triplex rental, so Julie had to coordinate with 3 parties for each open house. It was a very difficult property to sell but she did it. Always had an amazingly positive attitude and stuck with it. I really can't say enough positive things about her and I highly recommend her as a realtor.
