My husband and I fell in love before we moved in there, we completely renovated the whole house room by room, and he passed away in our cute little "love nest." Zach was a real trooper because I had a couple meltdowns during the selling process because I didn't really want to move, but I knew I needed to make some positive changes and start a new journey in my life. I cried the day Zach put the For Sale sign in our front yard, and he gave me a big hug because he understood how emotional I was. Zach kept me apprised of every action during the selling process, which was complicated only by my mountain of boxes all over the house. I was so proud when I saw his ad on one of the turnstile dividers at my Albertson's and said, "That's my realtor. He sold my house in 5 days!" I have heard so many horror stories, and looking in areas you are unfamiliar with can make it all even more anxiety inducing. That's all to say, I hopped online to write this review because Zac was that good. He was incredibly personable and honest. You can tell this is his craft. He clearly takes pride in his work and acts with absolute integrity. I was impressed with his willingness to help me navigate the region and market, his incredible hospitality and attention to detail during and after the tour, and his winner negotion skills and attitude.
