Zach quickly earned a name for himself in the residential Real Estate industry when he brought in over $50 million in sales within his first two years. His strong work ethic, intense drive for success, and expert knowledge in the real estate market have set him up for success in all of his endeavors. In 2016, he was named one of REALTOR's 30 under 30 finalists. Prior to Real Estate sales, Zach was an associate at AEW Capital Management. He worked in the Direct Investment Group and was responsible for cash flow modeling, research analysis, annual business planning, and budget preparation for 6.5 million square feet of real estate assets, coming to a total of $800,000,000 in valuation. A South Boston local, Zach is a proud and active member of his community. He is a proud alumna of Trinity College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Economics and was the captain of the Men's Ice Hockey Team.
