Moving can be one of the most stressful events in your life. I am so pleased that Zachary was/is my agent! He was so responsive to all my questions and concerns. He made the whole process so smooth. My wife and I were visiting Newport Beach and decided on a whim to look for a vacation home. We went into 2 real estate offices and left feeling like we were just put on the back-burner and didn't feel like we were a priority. So we continued strolling down PCH and walked in unannounced to Zach's Office. He invited us to sit down, offered us a bottle of water and asked us a few questions. We shared our thoughts about what we were looking for and he turned his computer screen towards us so we could see and started to search allowing us to provide input to revise and narrow down our options. My wife and I own businesses and we also own about 15 homes (most of them are used as rentals) so we are very familiar with what normally happens during the 'Home Buying' experience. Zach was so REFRESHING as he did not try to sell us every home and tell us to buy it NOW or we would lose it!!!! He simply offered up his knowledge and expertise when we inquired, but was not a pushy agent who was just trying to sell us a home. It was very apparent that his goal was to find us the right home. His level of service was OUTSTANDING during the sale and more importantly after the Sale!!! Anytime we have questions he always gets back to us with an answer and we have had lots of questions.
