Hello! My name is Zach Pawlikowski, a licensed real estate agent in the state of FL. I grew up in New Jersey and in 2022, landed in Fernandina Beach FL. It has been the best decision I have made to pack up and move to this beautiful Island town. My background includes micro biology, business, philosophy, and horticulture. The main reason to hire me as your agent is because I am extremely driven and motivated to be the best. Unlike most agents in Fernandina Beach, I am young and hungry and trying to go after it. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Remember to have vision when looking to buy your home. Really see yourself living there. On the investing side, make sure the numbers work. Lastly, contact a real estate agent like me to help you through the process!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Pricing your home is everything. Your starting price will determine the amount of showings and interest you get in the first 30 days of being on the market.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with everyone from first time home buyers to seasoned investors.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
For the last 3 months I took on a role as an assistant to the number one agent in my brokerage. We recently closed on a complicated 2 way condo purchase and we helped everyone involved achieve their goal.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I used to work for a real estate investor in New Jersey and then when I moved to Fernandina Beach FL, I then started as a sales agent for a private equity group in Jacksonville FL. My heart then turned to helping local homeowners sell and buy real estate.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I went to school for business and philosophy and that combination gives me the edge to be able to critically think better and more efficiently. If there is a problem, then I am the one to solve it.
