Don't hesitate to ask for Zach if you need to buy a new home because while you may get lucky and find his equal, I doubt that any agent could possibly do better. He's a wonderful fellow. Pleasant, punctual, and attentive. I would consider no other choice if I had to buy property again. Seriously, if there were a metric above Excellent I would have chosen it across the board.
