Zach is an amazing young realtor in Wisconsin. His communication skills are excellent. Zach responded to phone calls and texts within the hour and worked with us on every Open House and Showing, right through to the Closing. Our inspection found mold and radon. Our first buyer backed out due to this. Zach helped us find professionals to fix these issues and within 2 weeks...we were back on the market. We ended up with 3 offers and smooth sailing the rest of the way. He also kept us updated daily on homes near Sun Prairie, where we are retiring. Within 3 weeks of an accepted offer on our home, we found our dream home near Madison. We closed on both properties in the same week. Zach is the young man you want to hire.
