1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Start with a face-to-face consultation. It's imperative that we lay out everything that's important to you in a home. Clarity on what you're looking for is the first step. Working with a fantastic lender is the second. It will make the process more efficient, enjoyable, and ultimately, successful.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Selling a home is not as simple as sticking a sign in the yard and looking at comps. I use advanced pricing strategies and marketing that exceed my sellers' expectations so I can net them the maximum amount of money for their home in the least amount of time. The first step is an initial walk through to make recommendations on what needs to be done prior to listing the property.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I assisted a client of mine with purchasing their dream home on Silver Lake. They didn't think they were ready, but when they saw this home--they pulled the trigger! We sold their house in New Berlin as well and they couldn't be happier. It's helping someone execute on buying/selling all at once and moving into their dream house that gets me excited! I love delivering a great result for my clients.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in 2015 on a team and learned the business from some fantastic mentors, friends, and colleagues. Because I learned up close form my then-team members, I have seen so many different styles and ways to execute in this business. It's made me get super clear on who I am as an agent and the positive experiences I want to create for people.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I serve on the board for our local association's YPN and have a PSA certification.
