If you are looking to purchase a home, I highly recommend Zac Vines. While we were just searching for homes, Zac provided us with a whole packet of things to do in Abilene, TX. Which was invaluable and really made us feel plugged into the community we were planning to live in. He was knowledgeable and transparent every step of the way. He also used various forms of communication ( texting, calling, email and video calling) to make it easy for us who were battling the schedule of a 6 month old and time zone changes. Zac and his coordinator Natalie are a 5 star realtor team! They were patient with us as we looked at house after house trying to find the best fit for our family in this crazy market. Zac was super flexible with how he showed us the houses as well - sometimes video walkthroughs and sometimes in person while my husband was doing a video walkthrough. If you are looking for a realtor in Abilene Zac is it! Hes lived there his whole life. He knows the area and people. This was so helpful for us since we live on the other side of the state. Our contract was accepted Friday night and since we were in town he had 2 inspectors ready to meet us at 8am Saturday morning. He answered all our questions and took care of everything because we werent in town. He made the process easy and we are so grateful for all his help. You wont go wrong with Zac.
