When we finally made up our mind to sell I can?t say enough positive things to say about Ken and his creative approach to selling our condo. With an ever changing market in 2022-2023 Ken had the skill sets to think out of the box to envision what the buyers of today wanted. Working with The Zac Team, particularly with Zoe, was an amazing experience! As first-time homebuyers, we had so many questions about the process and Zoe was wonderful to us. In our first meeting at her office, we told her what we were looking for, our budget, and the locations that we were interested in, and she readily identified what were our must-haves on a house. She also answered ALL our questions very kindly and in an easy-to-understand way. Based on that first meeting, she created a personalized site for us that showed us listings that would be a good fit for us and that we could choose to go see in person. I worked with Jessie to find my first house. We started the home buying process while I was still orchestrating a move from Denver and she was nothing short of incredible through the entire process. Jessie started by explaining the entire process over a video call, and then coordinated with me during the weeks leading to my move back to assure we hit the ground running when I made it back to Georgia.
