"It's a bad time to buy a house", "the market is crazy right now", "it's a seller's market", are just a few examples of the discouragement we and anyone else deciding to buy right now may experience...However, we felt NONE OF THAT, when searching for a home with Zac! He was very knowledgeable, 21 days ago we literally didn't even think home purchasing was on the table for our family right now. 20 days ago we met with Zac, who broke it all down for us first-time home buyer's and explained to us that it was completely within our reach, and explained to us just how. The search began! Now writing this, after having our offer accepted on our dream home, not even a month after beginning to look! I want to recommend Zac to the seller of my house, so he can find them their dream home to replace the one they're giving me!
