Yvonne was amazing! Super nice and helpful. She always responded quickly when I messaged her with questions. Also was very responsive to quick random house showing requests. I always felt bad for asking to look at so many houses, but she didn't seem to mind and kept reminding me that it was her job to do so and that it was her goal to make sure found the one that was right for us.

Yvonne was amazing! She made a predictably stressful experience NOT stressful at all! It was seamless. Selling a childhood home was an emotional, bitter sweet task. Yvonne was encouraging, understanding, and patient every step of the way. She was always accessible, and on the rare occasion that she wasn't, she would return my calls, texts, or emails promptly. She kept me informed every step of the way. She was thorough in answering all my questions. I always felt she was interested and personally invested in the outcome of the sale of my family's home. Her integrity, knowledge, and expertise are exemplary! Her honest, straightforward, and confident approach were greatly appreciated.Yvonne went above and beyond what I ever could have imagined from a realtor. One example: She texted me early one morning about a tree falling on my property from the previous night's windstorm. I told her I would get over there later in the morning. When I got there, she was there picking up large sticks, breaking them down. She had already talked to the neighbor from the fallen tree's property. The neighbor willingly came over with a chainsaw, working the remainder of the morning to help cut up and remove the large tree trunk and limbs. What I thought would be a daunting task wasn't, thanks to her initiative. She got right on it. She did NOT have to go to the property, but she did. She was dressed for another engagement later that morning, but that did not deter her from assessing, addressing, and literally working on the situation. Another example: She was most resourceful when we needed a contractor to pour a new garage floor. I contacted several and couldn't get a return call or anyone to come to the property. She did some networking and within a week, a new floor was poured! This contractor did a great job! Two potentially stressful issues turned out better than expected, thanks to Yvonne. I fully trust her expertise and highly recommend Yvonne if you have a home to buy or sell! Her assistant , Melody, was also very helpful! She was terrific at sending information and returning emails with answers to questions. She adds a nice personal touch with encouraging words, further solidifying my confidence in selling my childhood home.
