Yvette truly has a gift in marketing. Very Talented. One of the very reasons I chose Yvette to be our realtor was because of her marketing talents and efforts. We had multiple showings when other homes in our neighborhood were not getting the amount of showings we were. A specific time I can remember was when another agent called her to ask her about the amount of showings we were getting because the other agent had not received near as many. They actually worked together and set up a neighborhood open house for both homes as a joint effort. I can honestly say that this type of character means a great deal today. She suggested this and it was to help us as well as the other realtor and his client also. She did a great job for us and I am happy to say she was my realtor on this transaction.

Within 20 days?my home was put on the market and SOLD. My experience with Yvette as my real estate agent was fantastic. If, you are looking for a real estate agent, I highly recommend Yvette Naquin-Guidry. I spoke to her in May 2022 about putting my home up for sale. We made an appointment for her to come over and look over the house. She gave me tips on what I could do to improve my home to get it ready to sell. I did everything she told me, which I think is important. I kept telling her...Hey, you are the expert. Even through Yvette has many clients and is extremely busy, she made me feel like I was her only client. She was very patience in explaining things I did not understand. She answered every one of my phones calls and responded to all my texts messages. We placed my home on the market July 1st, 2022. On July 2nd, 2022, we had multiply offers/ had 10 showings and I received a CASH offer on July 2nd, 2022. We accepted the offer and closed on the house July 20th, 2022. I am extremely satisfied with how everything was managed. I can attest that Yvette has her client best interest in mind.

We had the best experience with Mrs. Yvette as our agent! We were in a crunch with moving to a new city and having to find a house ASAP. While trying to find an agent, we just clicked on schedule a booking to see what would happen. We IMMEDIATELY got a response and figured it had to be an automated message. Nope, it was actually Mrs. Yvette herself - at about 10pm, by the way! The next day, she called us to get an idea of what we needed and put us in touch with the right people to get pre-approved and ready to house hunt. In JUST A FEW DAYS, all of our ducks were in a row, and we were viewing houses. We took her ALL OVER! Seriously, we drove for an hour at one point to get from one house to another! And when none of those houses worked for us, she didn?t give up. She encouraged us and helped us with a few other listings we might like. And the next day - when she already had a full day, we found a house that JUST went on the market and thought might ?be the one.? We called her, she re-arranged her schedule, and we found our house!!! She has been with us from start to finish! We most definitely recommend her!
