"How much do you want to sell your house for?" asked Yuriy. I knew the answer. I had done my homework. But, before I could say anything, my wife piped up with a figure about $30,000 higher than my highest hopes. Yuriy said, "I think we can do that." Then he showed us his prepared proposal. It contained a figure exactly one dollar less that what my wife had suggested. "Impossible!" I said. "The house will NEVER sell for that much." We signed with Yuriy and had a full price offer within 24 hours! It took a few weeks for inspections, appraisers, buyer negotiations, etc., but it happened. It wouldn't be uncommon, during that time, to hear from Yuriy twice a day via text or phone call, keeping us up to date on literally everything that was going on. O-U-T-S-T-A-N-D-I-N-G communication.
