We had to navigate a tough application process for a rental apartment, and he was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and organized. He had a very clear outline of the documents and timelines and walked us through point by point, answering all our questions. I felt that he was a true advocate for us, including liaising with the landlord, dropping off the keys in person, and even going above and beyond to contact the board of the building to help expedite our application. I would definitely use his services again, and recommend him highly.
