Ysmaine was phenomenal. I have actually put two of my close friends in contact with her during the time Ysmaine helped with our home search and purchase. Ysmaine is extremely responsive and knowledgable in all the processes, steps, and negotiation structures of the deal. But, more than that, she was able to clearly explain, in layman's terms, the real estate specific forms, terms, and processes to us as first time home buyers. Having an agent like Ysmaine in our corner gave us a sense of comfort while navigating through the home buying process. I really couldn't recommend her enough.

Wow where should I start? Im a Veteran looking to buy with a VA loan. Im from out of the area so zillow put me in contact with Ysmaine. I sent her a list of homes my spouse and I would like to look at over a 3 day period we would be in town. she scheduled all of them in one day with no travel time. she said as long as we dont spend more than 20 mins at an address we will make all of the overlapping showings across 3 towns. impossible right? thats the the beginning. we fell in LOVE with a home and wanted to see it so badly she told us we could not buy the home with a VA loan because the house was a short sale. I bought my last home as a short sale with a VA loan so I asked for clarification and she responded in writing that the VA had changed its requirements and no longer allowed it. I found out that was incorrect and I messaged her stating we can buy the house and would like to see it. she then changed her story again in writing and stated her broker has a policy that doesn't allow them to do short sales. I asked why she didn't say it was a policy in the beginning instead of literally talking to me for 10 mins about how the VA changed the requirements. she then said because it's too complicated for a buyer to understand. She lied and was trying to cover that lie with another. I called the broker with EXP and spoke to them and 2 other agents in the area with EXP there is no policy. when I messaged her "Your broker is EXP correct" she replied I'm sorry this isn't going to work out. I had already fired her an hour before.S She called me 3 times and sent 32 text messages begging me not to fire her and doubled down on the lie until I asked about EXP then she didn't want to work with me anymore and I didn't respond to 90% of the messages. she then texted me 5 more times and I had to send 3 messages that said STOP texting me to get her to stop messaging me about how she didn't lie. I sent one last message "stop texting me this is Harassment just stop" she replied again "I didn't lie"

We had been shopping for a house for around a year and a half. We met Ysmaine while touring a house. Upon meeting, and talking with her we knew she was very knowledgeable, and we decided to use her if we did not find a house by the time our current realtors contract was up. It only took two weeks working with her to have an offer excepted, and in about a month we were moved into our new home. What a wonderful experience working with Ysmaine!

She made sure to take the time to get to know us and what kind of house we were looking for.
